Central Adelaide Volleyball Club (CAVC) Fees Policy

Effective Date: January 28, 2025

Introduction

The Central Adelaide Volleyball Club (CAVC) is committed to fostering an inclusive, multicultural, and supportive environment for players of all ages. Our fee policy is designed to ensure equitable access to volleyball opportunities while maintaining the financial sustainability of the club.

Player Fees

  • Senior Players: Players participating in senior divisions are required to pay a fee of $600, regardless of age. This fee includes a warm-up top.
  • Junior Players: Players participating in junior divisions are required to pay a fee of $500, which includes a warm-up top.

Deposit to Secure Your Spot

A $100 deposit must be paid by 4th February 2025 to secure your spot in the 2025 squad. This deposit will be deducted from your total annual club fee. Payment details will be provided separately.

Payment Methods

  • Invoices: Invoices for the season’s fees will be issued before the start of the season.
  • Bank Transfer: Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the following account:
    • Account Name: Central Adelaide Volleyball Club
    • BSB: 035050
    • Account Number: 366617
    • Reference: Please quote the invoice number when making the payment.

Payment Plans

In exceptional circumstances where a payment plan is required, players or guardians should contact the club treasurer at president@centraladelaidevolleyballclub.com.au to discuss suitable arrangements.

Overdue Fees

If fees are not paid by the third game of the season, the club treasurer will contact the appropriate families to remind them of the outstanding fees and provide an additional week for payment.

If payment is still not received after this period, the player will be classified as unfinancial and will be unavailable to play until fees are paid in full or a payment plan is agreed upon.

Refunds

The default position of the club is that there are no refunds. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as a season-ending injury sustained during training or play for CAVC, or if the team disbands due to insufficient numbers, the committee may consider a refund.

Commitment to Inclusion and Multiculturalism

CAVC is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all players, regardless of background, culture, or age. We actively celebrate diversity and inclusion within our club and the broader volleyball community.
